They provide affordable and reliable services.
Conducive for business conferences, Family outings or couples vacations, its a clean and refreshing environment, good big rooms, and the staff have good hospitality. This is a place to be at any time and for any event.

Struggled with my booking. They didn’t find it on their system.
Place didn’t have hot water.
Furniture and facilities are ancient. Bed bugs everywhere. Every cash transaction there’s no change

Poor customer service and robbers

The hotel needs to improve on how they handle online bookings. Am sorry to say the hotel robs people, they wont check you in until they see statement from the bank. Twice i had to look for alternative accommodation and never got a refund. Its very sad that Mr Muzokomba the hotel clerk will tell the front desk that he received some money but not sure what it is for then he turns to us and say the money never reflected.

So so

Had easy, quick check in
Got the so called best executive room at the hotel - the Regency Fairmile Suite
Very private parking adjacent to the room entrance
The suite has a dining and bedroom
The dining was furnished with average leather sofas, a fridge and non functional lighting system
The bedroom had a queen size bed and a three quarter bed.
The furniture had seen better days
Bedroom lighting system again was not fully functional
The AC was just operating at 23 degrees and not adjustable
The bathroom seems to have been recently poorly renovated
The idea is there but the execution outcome is below average
