Good Service

I really enjoyed my stay at Rainbow Hotel. The service was great and the food was excellent. Very nice hotel indeed.

Very Poor Service

They insist on check m from 14:00 ifyoi want early check you should pay full day!
I arrived at 7pm only to be told they are fully booked I should wait for other rooms that housekeeping is still cleaning
The same happened to almost everyone ome else, they sold their ros yake them to another hotel and when they came the next day they kept them stranded from 11 to past 3pm!
Even cleaning a room for a guest who is still staying is delayed, my room has been cleaned way past 1pm almost everyday

Levels of service going down

I have been a constant guest since August 2025 flying in every 3 months but each time i check in the standard of services have been going down and my last visit being the worst.

Harare Business trip

The hotel is well build with excellent, spacious rooms. In the future, they should equipped the rooms with latest and upto date/compatible technology.
