Nice vibe, clean, appreciated the luggage storage both before and after the stay.

Two people, staying in double room. It was nice and clean, nice clean sheets. It was a bit warm, and sleeping with the window open meant some lovely smells, music and a little noise from the pizza place downstairs on Friday and Saturday, but nothing too bad and they close around midnight I think. No noise from other guests (but this was mid May, maybe a bit off season). Nice social area by reception, microwave to heat food if you want to save some money (check out GRØD ready meals in Netto). The toilets and bathrooms are a bit worn, but feel clean still. And this is a hostel after all. If you want total silence and high end interior, you should opt for a hotel.

Ugly and dirty hostel with owners that nothing catches

Stayed at Sleep In Heaven in late April 2026, and have rarely experienced a hostel that was as dirty and nasty as there was here. There was dirt and dirt in the corners, and the owners chose very early in the morning to get a craftsman in to drill into the walls so that the guests could not sleep. In addition, the owner and receptionist were incredibly poor at explaining the conditions of the overnight stay, and kept asking for suitcases, despite the fact that I did not have luggage with me. It was a strange stay, and not a place I can recommend when there is so clumsy and nasty with dirt and dirt in many corners, and it does not look like it has been cleaned for several days.

The place is full of positive energies. Excellent are the services, cleanliness is impeccable and the company always at the top. The owners and staff are always available and very nice.

A great place to stay in Copenhagen.

This is a very nice hostel to stay in Copenhagen. The location is near the central bus station. The staff are nice and friendly. Our group of friends also had breakfast there with a very affordable price. I highly recommend this hostel to solo travelers and group travelers if you want to save money.

Never come back

Is terrible ans staff are not friendly , and located in dangerous area is noisy , the bed it was empty but they don t want to have check in early , i ll never come back again, the hostel located in area there s many criminality and far away from the copenhaguen city center it was wrost exprience ,
