Nice but not clean.

The hotel looks nice. However, the hygiene leaves something to be desired. The maintenance could also be better. If you have to sleep on the sofa bed, it is very uncomfortable because it is not a mattress; you are simply lying on a sofa. In the bathroom, the bathtub really needs to be renovated; there is mold everywhere and it is broken. There are also bugs in the apartment that exterminate cockroaches, so there are cockroaches present somewhere as well. The cleaning lady does her best, but she can't do anything about this either. The kitchen is not well-equipped and there are no means to cook, etc. The surroundings, however, are great and a 10/10 for the location! The staff in het restaurant is not friendly. Hotel 5/10.

​Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience: too many inconveniences and architectural barriers

​I stayed at this facility, but the experience was decidedly negative in several aspects. Here’s why I wouldn’t recommend it:
Jacuzzi failed: It turned out to be useless and even dangerous. It is so high that you would almost need a ladder to get in.
Uncomfortable location and sea: On paper, the structure is not far from the sea, but the water is not very swimmable at that point. To find a well-equipped beach worthy of the name, one must walk for about 15 minutes.
Zero accessibility: Inside, there are several stairs, and the structure is completely lacking both an elevator and a freight lift. Moving around or transporting luggage is truly exhausting.
Outdated furnishings: The interior spaces definitely need a refresh, as the decor is very retro and old-fashioned.

We had a room, two level with kitchen area and balcony. The aspect was away from the sea overlooking a small shopping street. This was good because it was quiet at night the rooms to the front would of been noisier with all the restaurants and bars overlooking the sea.

My only bad experience was partly my fault, in that I hadn't closed the doors to the balcony, and I was right above the "boardwalk", and a couple of gals talking loudly, woke me up at 4 a. m. So, close the doors, and turn on the air conditioning! Closing the doors blocked out a lot of sound. The room was wonderful, (except a window was dysfunctional) the views fabulous, and the breeze enchanting! Be aware that there is no parking close by.
