READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Domus Pietro Inn. After booking a room for 4 nights, the hotel abruptly cancelled our reservation before our late check-in, leaving us stranded. This incident occurred at night, in a city we were unfamiliar with, making it exceedingly difficult to find alternative accommodation at such an inconvenient hour.
The hotel did apologize and refunded our reservation, but this was the least they could do under the circumstances. However, when I contacted them for compensation to cover the unexpected expenses we incurred due to their negligence, my requests were met with complete silence. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email, there was no response.
Understanding that mistakes can happen, the manner in which a business addresses these errors is crucial. The lack of response from Domus Pietro Inn to a situation they caused is unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see a hotel taking advantage of a high-demand market to exhibit such disregard for the impact of their actions on guests.
I am dedicating time to write this review to inform potential guests of the unreliable and unprofessional behavior exhibited by Domus Pietro Inn. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has significantly tarnished my perception of them. I urge others to consider this experience when making travel arrangements and to be cautious of the potential for such disruptions.

Tre giorni da incubo
Ho alloggiato in questo B&b in occasione della laurea di mia sorella.
Il check-in sarebbe dovuto essere alle 14 e senza avvisare neanche telefonicamente, non appena arrivate ci hanno fatto aspettare un’altra ora. Le lenzuola erano macchiate, il termosifone sporco di sangue, le fughe del bagno nere. La connessione Wi-Fi era debole.
Oltre a questo in tre giorni, in pieno DICEMBRE, non ci è stata data la possibilità di fare una doccia calda, riuscendo ad essere leggermente tiepida a periodi intermittenti. Abbiamo segnalato il problema con numerose chiamate ma senza concreti riscontri. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, e se il soggiorno avrebbe dovuto protrarsi, avrei senza dubbio cambiato immediatamente cambiato posto.

Esperienza poco gradevole
Dopo aver avvisato con precisione l’orario d’arrivo per il check-in, al momento dell’assegnazione della camera abbiamo trovato una ragazza purtroppo poco preparata, tanto che ci ha dato le chiavi di una stanza letteralmente “a caso”. 30 minuti dopo sentiamo forzare la nostra porta e un signore addetto ci dice che quella non è la nostra camera, ma ovviamente ci fa rimanere lì. Avevamo prenotato per una camera di livello superiore e non standard, nonostante ció abbiamo pagato la stessa cifra che avremmo dovuto pagare nella camera superiore. Per email avevo chiesto se era inclusa la colazione e mi era stato detto di sì e che ce l’avrebbero portata in camera alle 9.15 di mattina, NON SI È PRESENTATO NESSUNO (ma non ci siamo stupiti).
Inoltre il check-out era entro le 11: alle 10.15 bussano alla porta e ci pregano di prepararci per andare via perché dovevano pulirla.
Pessima esperienza, sicuramente da non ripetere.

esperienza da non ripetersi
la struttura ci ha assegnato una camera superior che di superior non aveva nulla..bagno con fughe mattonelle nere dallo sporco...doccia con silicone raffazzonato sul bordo..testata del letto in pelle rovinata e spellata in alcuni punti..porta d'ingresso del b&b rotta impossibile quindi chiuderla!.. presenza di una macchinetta per il caffe' ma senza snack quindi non offre la colazione!..come benvenuto 1 bottiglietta di acqua nel frigorifero ma eravamo in due!..personale addetto all'assistenza gentile ma impreparato ..ci hanno fatto aspettare ben 45 minuti in loco! pur avendo avvisato dell'orario di arrivo...personale amministrativo lento lento tanto che a distanza di una settimana devo ancora ricevere la ricevuta fiscale! direi che non vale proprio la pena di andarci anche perche' e' costata ben 120€ una notte ma non li vale sotto nessun punto di vista se non per la posizione ma in zona ce ne sono moltissimi di b&b quindi lo sconsiglio

Grosse arnaque
Tout commencé à la réservation. Nous avons réservé notre séjour de 2 nuits via Smartbox. Nous avons eu seulement l'adresse du lieu sans plus de précision. Cependant, il faut savoir que ces chambres se trouvent au milieu d'autres appartements dans une petite résidence avec plusieurs entrées. Les sonnettes ne fonctionnent pas toujours et pour s'y retrouver c'est vraiment galère.
Ensuite nous sommes accueilli par une personne très agréable mais qui ne parle pas un mot de français et un anglais à l italienne (nous n'avons rien compris).
La chambre ! Elle reste propre cependant entachée par beaucoup de petits defauts: ultra bruyant, pas de double vitrage, chambre sur la rue, proximité avec les voisins (on entend tout), petite et certains éléments ne sont pas en bon état, la clim/chauffage ne fonctionne pas...
On nous propose le wifi cependant il ne fonctionne pas non plus. Très peu de prises libres dans la chambre (1 sdb, 1 chambre).
Pour le petit petit-déjeuner, c'est sommaire, 2 croissants livrés à 9h00 et basta !
Pour couronner le tout nous avons eu droit à des travaux dans le bâtiment des 9h00 pétantes!
Pour un séjour un séjour romantique, on repassera !
