A great place to stay!

A beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and tidy. The showers were hot and bathrooms are provided with lots of little amenities. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The hotel is in a little unsafe area so you're advised not to leave but the reception will happily organise transport for you to get to where you need to go. The restaurant on site is brilliant and offers a great variety of food too.

Great and safe location of Nairobi. The hotel has great facilities for the price. I had delays with checking in (my prepayment via Trip.com could not be confirmed in a timely manner but this was resolved through a prompt call by Trip.com to address the matter). The hotel could not issue my receipt upon check out due to their auditing procedures and they advised they would email it in 4 hours. Twent-four hours later I am yet to receive the receipt (so good to arrange in advance for those who need receipts). Otherwise, it was a good experince staying there and everything in the room was just excellent considering the price.
